Weekend weather: cool, rain and thunderstorms

Cool weather with rains and thunderstorms is expected in most regions of Ukraine on the first weekend of August. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
On Saturday, 3 August, in the west of the country, the temperature will drop to 18°…20°. Rains and thunderstorms will be observed throughout the right bank of Ukraine. On Sunday, precipitation will shift to the east, leaving the western regions.
The air temperature in most regions will be comfortable – between 23° and 25°. In the southeast of the country, it will be warmer – up to 27° to 34°.
In the capital, the temperature is expected to reach 23° on Saturday afternoon with a chance of thunderstorms, and 24° on Sunday with partly cloudy skies and rain.
It will be cooler in the west of the country. In Lviv and Lutsk, the temperature will not exceed 20° with rain on Saturday, but will warm up to 24° on Sunday.

Southern regions will remain warmer. In Odesa, it will be 29° on Saturday, and slightly cooler on Sunday – 24°, both days with a chance of rain.
In the east and centre of the country, the temperature will range from 25° to 33°, with possible thunderstorms and short-term rains.
Weather forecasters recommend that Ukrainians be prepared for changeable weather and take umbrellas with them.
