Childbirth in installments: Monobank has released a shopping list for Black Friday

Monobank founder Oleg Gorokhovsky published on his Telegram channel the statistics of purchases made by the bank’s users on Black Friday, and in installments. Some of them were quite unexpected, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
In total, Monobank users made 69,000 purchases on Black Friday for an average check of UAH 14,300.
The leading sites where Ukrainians made purchases were Rozetka, Comfy, and Allo. The top five also includes Foxtrot and market by mono.
But the largest average check went to Epicenter, a construction hypermarket.

The number of purchases by installments through Monobank has been growing for the second year in a row after falling in 2022.
And the undisputed leader in sales is, of course, gadgets.
Monobank also published detailed statistics on purchases on its website. As you can see, buyers here are primarily focused on energy security.
Gorokhovsky also shared some “interesting facts” about the purchased goods.
“Traditionally, I post the statistics of purchases in parts on Black Friday. Scroll through and see how our users shop. Among the interesting things – this year they bought childbirth, a meditation marathon and a syringe for marinade in parts 😁”
– he wrote.
At the same time, not everyone shares Horokhovsky’s enthusiasm on the numerous platforms where this information is disseminated. Many users argue that “installment” childbirth is not a good investment, as it shows that people cannot afford to pay for such a basic and necessary thing as normal childbirth.
