Poland scrambles fighter jets over Russian attack

The Polish military has launched fighter jets amid reports of Russian aviation activity in Ukraine. The operational command of the country’s Armed Forces announced this on the social network X, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

The report clarifies that the decision to use Polish and allied aircraft in the national airspace was made in accordance with existing procedures. The operational commander ordered the use of all available forces and resources.

Such publications by the Polish military have been appearing regularly lately and usually coincide with the announcement of an air alert in Ukraine.
