Zorya football player Volodymyr Bilotserkovets, 25, dies

Zorya football club announced the death of midfielder Volodymyr Bilotserkivets. He was 25 years old. The cause of death has not been disclosed. This was reported by the press service of the football club.
“Football club Zorya expresses sincere condolences to the player’s family and friends. We will all remember him as a professional, kind and compassionate person. We sincerely condole with Volodymyr’s family and friends,” the club said in a statement.
The Bila Tserkva resident was not included in Zorya’s application for the opening match of the new UPL season against LNZ (0:0). The last time he took the field was on May 25 in a match against Karpaty (3:1).
Prior to joining Zorya, Volodymyr played for Ingulets and Zaporizhzhia Metalurh.
