ADAM frontman Mykhailo Klymenko dies

The 38-year-old frontman of the ADAM band, singer Mykhailo Klymenko, who was in a coma due to a severe form of tuberculosis, has died.

This was reported on the band’s official Instagram page, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

“Unfortunately, this morning Misha’s kind heart stopped beating. Information about the farewell to Misha will be announced later,” the post reads.

The artist’s wife, Alexandra Norova, is to announce the place of the funeral later.

on October 27, the band announced the postponement of concerts in Lviv, Chernivtsi and Dnipro. on November 19, Klymenko’s wife said that the singer had been fighting tuberculous meningitis for two months, and after prolonged treatment and intensive care, he was in a coma.

Oleksandra, the singer’s friends and colleagues urged people to pray for him and asked for financial help, as one day of treatment cost more than 25 thousand hryvnias.

As you know, Mykhailo Klymenko was born on July 20, 1987, in Gostomel, Kyiv region. In 2015, he and his wife formed the band ADAM, which also included other musicians. It was positioned not just as a musical project, but as a creative duo and a family unit.

Klymenko has been married to Oleksandra Norova since 2009, and the couple has two children.
