The National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine has strengthened measures against the spread of Russian information content by banning six more media services associated with the aggressor state. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the National Council.
The decision, made on May 29, 2025, concerns platforms that provide access to banned Russian TV channels and use Russian as the main language. This brings the total number of banned media services in Ukraine to 42.
They are officially included in a special List, and Ukrainian providers are no longer allowed to provide access to these platforms.
The list of banned media services
The National Council has added the following platforms to the List of audiovisual media services on demand and services of audiovisual service providers of the aggressor state:
- ONLINE TV – https://online-tv.live/
- TeleVizorus – https://televizorus.com/
- Glazok – https://glaz-ok.online/
- vip.tvua.biz – http://vip.tvua.biz

These services broadcast Russian TV channels banned in Ukraine – Rossiya 24, NTV, Pervyi Kanal, TNT, Zvezda, and others. In addition, they had a Russian-language interface and advertised goods and services oriented to the Russian market.
Mechanism for implementing the ban
Within three business days after the decision is made, the National Council will notify the National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and Postal Services.
Providers of electronic communication services will be obliged to restrict access to these websites. This means that Ukrainian users will not be able to access these platforms through official providers.
Previous bans
This is not the first decision of the National Council to block Russian media services.
Earlier, on April 10, 2025, the following platforms were added to the list: Kinobar, Online TV, Watch TV, TIVIX, Pokazz, Telik.live, Movix, viks.tv, and Debilizer.TV.
In total, the list of banned services has grown to 42.
