PrivatBank has launched transfers in Polish zlotys: how to send

According to Dmytro Musienko, PrivatBank’s Board Member for Retail Business, now there is no need to exchange PLN for another currency to send money from Poland to family and friends in Ukraine.

How to receive a transfer in Polish zlotys

You can receive a transfer in PrivatBank in UAH to your own account or card, or in Polish zlotys to a client’s PLN foreign currency account.

How to send a money transfer to Ukraine in PLN

To send a money transfer to Ukraine in PLN via ZEN.COM and PrivatMoney, you need to have an active account in the ZEN.COM application, select the transfer currency PLN, specify the recipient’s name and surname, as well as the card/IBAN account number in UAH or the IBAN account number in PLN at PrivatBank, and make sure that PrivatMoney is indicated in the “Transfer type” section.

Since the launch of the service in July 2023, Ukrainians have already received 35,000 ZEN.COM transfers worth $6 million through PrivatBank.
