Possible deliveries of American Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine will lead to the destruction of the positive trends observed in relations between Russia and the United States. This was stated by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in a conversation with the Russian media, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“… this will lead to the destruction of our relations, the positive trends in these relations will disappear,” Putin said.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the United States is ready to provide Ukraine with intelligence for the first time to launch missile strikes on energy facilities in Russia. In addition, the possibility of supplying long-range Tomahawk and Barracuda missiles is being discussed.
Prior to that, Putin said at the plenary session of the annual meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club that Tomahawk missiles could cause damage to Russia, but the military would shoot them down.
