The Parliament has authorized the reservation of Ukrainians who are wanted by territorial recruitment centers, as well as those who do not have a military ID.
This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Oleksiy Honcharenko, a member of the Verkhovna Rada from the European Solidarity faction.
In total, 272 deputies voted for the relevant bill No. 13335, out of the minimum required 226. The law allows critical enterprises the right to hire and book for 45 days people who do not have proper credentials, are not registered in the military or have not updated their personal data. During this time, they have to put their documents in order.
This reservation is valid only once a year and does not exempt from liability; the employer has the right to dismiss the employee if he or she fails to correct the violations of military registration in a timely manner.
