Rocket attack on Kyiv on 8 July: number of victims clarified

A missile attack by the Russian Armed Forces in Kyiv on 8 July killed 33 people, not 34, as previously reported. This was reported by [Kommersant] citing information from the Kyiv City Military Administration.
“After additional examinations, the number of people killed by the missile attack on 8 July in Kyiv was clarified: 33 people died, not 34 as stated in previous operational reports,” said the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhiy Popko.
The administration also clarified that as of the morning of 10 July, 38 people injured in the Russian missile attack remained in hospital. Six of them are in serious condition.
In addition, 6 children from the OHMATDYT hospital, who were injured by a Russian missile two days ago, are being treated in children’s hospitals in the city. In total, 100 young patients of OKHMATDYT are undergoing inpatient treatment in other medical institutions in Kyiv and the region.
