From 14 to 20 October, the temperature in Ukraine will drop sharply, with rains and frosts expected. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the forecast by weather forecaster Igor Kibalchich.
According to him, light to moderate rains are expected in most regions in the first half of the week.
In the second half of the week and at the weekend, a powerful and stationary anticyclone will affect the weather, which will lead to a cessation of precipitation, but temperatures will remain low, especially at night and in the morning.
At night and in the morning, frosts down to -3 °C are forecast on the soil surface and in the air in the western, northern and some central regions.
According to the forecast for the week, on 14 October, rains are expected in most regions of the country, with the exception of the southwestern and central regions.
Tuesday 15 October will bring rain in the north and north-west, and light rain in the rest of the country.
On Wednesday, 16 October, light to moderate rains are expected in most of Ukraine, but no precipitation in the western regions.
Thursday, 17 October, will bring light rains in the southern, central and eastern regions, while on Friday, 18 October, the weather is expected to be cloudy and without precipitation throughout the country, with the exception of light rains in the east and Crimea.
On Saturday, 19 October, the weather will remain clear, except for possible light rains in the Crimea.
On Sunday, 20 October, no precipitation is expected throughout Ukraine.

The weather forecaster predicts on 17, 18 and 19 October, frosts are likely at night in the western, northern and central regions of Ukraine.
“There will be a lot of rain in Ukraine on 15 October. Tomorrow there is a higher probability of rain in the western, northern and eastern regions. In the southern part and most of the central regions on Tuesday, it will be rather cloudy or even clear, so serious precipitation is unlikely. The wind will be north-west, moderate,” Didenko wrote.
The air temperature is expected to be the highest in the southern part, 13… 18 degrees. The lowest will be in the northern part and in the western part: 8… 11 degrees. In the rest of the territory, the temperature will be 10…14 degrees throughout the day.
