Reserve+ has expanded its functions: what fines can be paid online
4 September 22:44
The Reserve+ mobile application has expanded the ability to pay fines. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In early July, the Reserve+ mobile application launched a service for paying fines for failure to update data on time. Since then, the functionality has been expanded, and now fines can be paid in this way for nine types of violations of military registration rules.
For what violations can a fine be paid to the Reserve+?
Currently, you can pay fines to the Reserve+ if you
- you did not come to the CMC and the JV under a summons;
- did not register for military service when you turned 25;
- did not register for military service at a new address;
- did not register for military service upon arrival from a penal institution;
- did not register for military service at the place of residence as an IDP;
- were not registered at the place of residence, work or study;
- did not provide property (buildings, structures, transport) during mobilization;
- failed or refused to undergo a preliminary medical examination.
One fine paid applies only to the specific violation for which it was charged.
How to pay a fine to the Reserve+
To use the service, you need to download the Reserve+ application in the App Store or Google Play, log in and submit an application for recognition of the violation in the Online Fines section.
Within three days, the SCC and JV reviews the application and sends a decision. After that, you can pay a fine of UAH 8,500, which is 50% of the total amount. You have 20 days to pay. If you miss the deadline, you will have to pay UAH 17,000, and in case of further ignoring the amount will increase to UAH 34,000.
After payment, the warning in the app disappears. The whole process usually takes up to four days.
Payment of the fine does not cancel the obligation to comply with the rules of military registration – calls may continue to be issued.
The Ministry of Defense reminded that ignoring a mobilization order (combat summons) entails criminal liability – from 3 to 5 years in prison.
In the case of systematic disregard of calls, not only administrative fines but also legal restrictions are envisaged. If the fine is not paid on time, the case is referred to the executive service, which can lead to the seizure of property or blocking of bank accounts.
