“Reserve+” to temporarily suspend operations: what Ukrainians with military registration documents should do
20 March 16:21
On the night of March 21, the “Reserve+” app will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on the “Oberig” registry.
This was reported by [Komersant], citing a statement from the Ministry of Defense.
“From 9:00 PM on March 20 to 9:00 AM on March 21, scheduled technical work will be carried out in the “Oberig” registry. During this time, it will not be possible to access services or update your Reserve ID in the Reserve app,” the statement reads.
To ensure that your electronic military registration document is always at hand, the Ministry of Defense recommends downloading the PDF version in advance. To do this, tap the plus sign on the app’s main screen and select “Download PDF.”
The work will be completed at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, after which the services will operate as usual.
Important updates in “Reserve+”
As a reminder, since last December, the military registration document in the “Reserve+” app has been the primary document for those subject to military service, conscripts, and reservists. However, for those who need a paper version, it is still possible to print it out yourself or at a TCC.
Additionally, in February it was announced that parents of large families will soon be able to apply for a deferment from mobilization through the “Reserve+” app regardless of their marital status. The Ministry of Defense has already begun beta testing this feature.
Furthermore, the “Reserve+” app recently introduced a new feature allowing users to register for military service online—the process takes just a few clicks.
