Russian Federation attacks critical infrastructure facilities in Kirovohrad region

On the night of October 14, Russian troops attacked critical infrastructure facilities of the Dolyna and Novopraha communities in Kirovohrad region. According to the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andriy Raykovych, and the State Emergency Service, there were no casualties, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“There is damage to buildings. There are 5 settlements without electricity. The fires have been extinguished at the facilities,” Raykovych said.
The State Emergency Service added that all fires have been extinguished.
Thirty-four rescuers and seven vehicles of the Kirovohrad Oblast State Emergency Service, as well as a local fire brigade from one of the communities, were involved in the firefighting operations.
