Russia launched a massive missile strike on western Ukraine: what is known

On the night of February 7 and in the morning of the same day, Russians carried out a combined attack on Ukraine. Western regions were mainly targeted.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Telegram channel of the Ukrainian Air Force.
During the night, monitoring channels reported that the Russians had launched Tu-95MS, Tu-160, and Tu-22M3 strategic bombers. Towards morning, the enemy launched cruise missiles, and after 6 a.m., they entered Ukrainian airspace, which has been officially confirmed.
According to the military, the missiles flew over the Kherson region and then moved towards the western regions. Monitoring channels reported that they flew along the same trajectory as the Kalibr missiles at night.
Judging by posts from the Air Force and local authorities, missiles in western Ukraine were recorded in at least the Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Lviv regions.
In addition, the enemy continues to attack cities with strike drones. It is known that explosions were heard in Burshtyn and Rivne less than an hour ago. In Rivne, a second series of explosions was heard at around 7:15 a.m.
