Russian Federation strikes at an electric locomotive in Dnipropetrovs’k region: driver killed

On the night of July 18, Russian occupants attacked an electric locomotive in the Dnipro region, killing the driver and injuring his assistant. This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“Tragic news again this morning for the entire railroad family. In the Dnipropetrovs’k region, the enemy hit an electric locomotive,” the statement said.

As a result of the Russian attack, the driver was killed and his assistant was wounded, but in stable condition.

According to the head of the Dnipropetrovs’k regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, the Russian army attacked Pavlohrad district with drones at night, damaging a transport company. A fire broke out at the site and was extinguished.

A 52-year-old man was killed in the shelling. Two other men, aged 38 and 40, were injured and treated on the spot.

The Rozdorska community of the Sinelnykivsky district was also hit by a UAV, and a fire broke out. The fire destroyed and damaged vehicles. The fire has already been extinguished.

In addition, the occupants attacked Nikopol with an FPV drone, the consequences are being investigated.

According to the Air Command, the defenders of the sky shot down 3 UAVs over the region.
