Russia strikes Odessa region’s energy sector: three communities left without power

On Tuesday night, the Russian army again struck the energy infrastructure in the Odesa region. In the south of the region, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged, causing a large-scale fire. As a result of the attack, settlements in three communities were left without electricity. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kipper, on Telegram, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to the head of the OVA, the damaged power facility has been switched to generator power, which allows critical systems to continue operating. An administrative building was also damaged.
“No information about casualties has been received so far,” Oleg Kipper said.
Power restoration is ongoing
Specialized services are currently working on site.
The aftermath of the shelling is being dealt with and power is being gradually restored to communities that lost power.
