Russia attacks Ukraine’s energy and gas infrastructure overnight

Russia has been massively attacking Ukraine with drones and missiles from night to day. The energy and gas infrastructure is under attack. This was announced by the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

According to him, where possible, rescuers and power engineers are working to eliminate the consequences – all necessary measures are being taken to stabilize power and gas supply.

“Russia is trying to inflict pain on ordinary Ukrainians by shelling the energy sector and gas production facilities, not abandoning its goal of leaving us without electricity and heat, causing the greatest harm to ordinary citizens,” the minister said.

In Ternopil region, a critical industrial facility was hit by a Russian missile strike, said Vyacheslav Nehoda, head of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration.

He warned that there may be restrictions on gas supply.

According to the head of the JMA, air defense forces shot down an enemy missile over the region. There were no casualties. Relevant services are eliminating the consequences.
