Russian disinformation is working hard against Zelenskyy’s team! In particular, they want to slander the head of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Andriy Yermak. This was stated by President Zelenskyy himself in an interview with Bloomberg and he named the purpose of the Russian IPSO.
“Russia has been launching a lot of different disinformation that it is not me who decides, but some shadowy people who decide, that the president does not control the party or that the president has no influence on certain ministers […] You have to understand that all this is working to simply attack me,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
According to the President, the purpose of this campaign is to weaken his position as the leader of the state. “Like, when you want to weaken a person, you will hit the team. And when you get the team, you will start hitting the president,” Zelenskyy added.
“This is the policy of those who are not happy with me. Not only Russians want a weak president. A weak president is an opportunity to tear off half of the territories, an opportunity to stop Ukraine on its way to joining the European Union, an opportunity to shut me up, an opportunity to have another person at the head of Ukraine,” Zelenskyy said.
Yermak is a powerful manager
Volodymyr Zelenskyy called Andriy Yermak one of the most powerful managers in his team.
“I respect him for his results. He does what I tell him, he fulfils these tasks,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
Let me remind you that in April, Time magazine published the Top 100 people. Zelenskyy was not on it, but Yermak was.
Speaking about the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, who was introduced by former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, he said that he was a person “who played a central role in ensuring the work of the government. And at a great moment for Ukraine and democracy, Andriy Yermak not only became a decisive leader, but also proved that he is one.
