Russia launched a massive drone attack on Odesa: buildings have been hit

On the night of March 27–28, Russian forces launched a massive attack on Odesa using strike drones. A series of explosions rocked the city, and the strike resulted in hits on residential buildings and infrastructure facilities.

This was reported by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odessa City Military Administration, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"

What is known about the attack on Odesa

According to preliminary information, the Russians sent several dozen attack drones toward the city. The nighttime attack turned out to be one of the most massive in recent times.

The residential sector was damaged as a result of the shelling. Videos have appeared on social media and local Telegram channels showing the moments when drones struck apartment buildings.

There are also preliminary reports of damage to civilian infrastructure.

Local authorities and relevant agencies continue to assess the aftermath of the attack and are working at the sites of the strikes.
