russia drops a bomb on a residential building in Kupyansk

On the night of 12 March, Russians dropped a guided aerial bomb on a residential high-rise building in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, Kommersant Ukrainian 
citing information from the State Emergency Service.
The strike on the residential area caused destruction in a five-storey residential building, destroying three apartments from the first to the third floors and another in a neighbouring entrance. The total area of the fire caused by the hit was 150 square metres.
The fire was extinguished at 04:15. No casualties were reported so far.
