Russia struck “Nova Poshta” in Zaporizhzhia: what is known

On the morning of March 17, Russian occupation forces carried out another shelling of Zaporizhzhia. A logistics facility—preliminarily identified as a Nova Poshta terminal—was damaged in the attack. Some of the company’s employees were injured. This was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
How many people were injured in the attack
According to preliminary information, as of this morning, at least eight employees who were at their workplaces during the attack are known to have been injured.
Specifically:
- six people suffered concussions
- two more employees are in moderate condition.
All victims are receiving the necessary medical care.
Where exactly did the occupiers strike?
According to regional authorities, the strike occurred near one of the city’s logistics terminals. Photos and video footage released by local authorities show that a “Nova Poshta” facility was damaged.

- rescue workers
- law enforcement officers.
Specialists continue to address the aftermath of the attack.







Risk of further strikes
Local authorities are urging residents of Zaporizhzhia not to ignore air raid sirens and to remain in shelters, as the risk of further shelling remains high.

Occupiers’ attack on the region
In total, over the past 24 hours, the occupiers carried out 814 strikes on 35 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Russian forces carried out 20 airstrikes on Bilenke, Lyubytske, Lisne, Zalivne, Hulyaypil, Dolynka, Novoselivka, Kopani, Vozdvyzhivka, and Charivne.
466 UAVs of various types (primarily FPV) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Novomykolaivka, Kushuhum, Novoivanivka, Bilenke, Novooleksandrivka, Stepnogorsk, Primorske, Lukyanivske, Pavlivka, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, Hulyaypole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohirya, Myrne, Hirke, Zelenе, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Tsvitkove.
Five MLRS attacks were recorded on Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, and Myrne.
323 artillery strikes hit Stepnogorsk, Primorsk, Lukyanivsk, Stepove, Pavlivka, Maly Shcherbaky, Hulyaypole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohirya, Varvarivka, Zeleny, Dobropillya, and Pryluky.
Shelling of civilian infrastructure continues
Russian occupation forces regularly attack the civilian and logistical infrastructure of Ukrainian cities. Such strikes are aimed at disrupting transport chains, economic activity, and the life-support systems of the regions.
Authorities emphasize that all services are operating in enhanced mode to minimize the consequences of the attacks.
