Russia strikes at Ukrainian Armed Forces training unit: there are dead and wounded

Today, on July 29, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the territory of one of the training units of the Ukrainian Army. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Despite the security measures taken, losses were not completely avoided. As of 21:30, three Ukrainian soldiers have been officially confirmed dead. Another 18 people were wounded.
All the injured are being promptly provided with the necessary medical care, and emergency services are working at the scene.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that a special commission headed by the Chief of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been set up to clarify all the circumstances of the tragedy. An internal investigation has been ordered.
“If it is established that the death or injury was caused by the actions or inaction of officials, those responsible will be held accountable,” the official statement said.
Security measures are being tightened
The Command of the Armed Forces and the Land Forces have already decided on additional security measures to minimize personnel losses during possible future shelling. This applies to both training ranges and training centers that remain targets for enemy attacks.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine have expressed their sincere condolences to the families of the fallen soldiers. Their names have not yet been disclosed.
