Russians attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles: what is known

At around 1 a.m. on January 13, Russians used ballistic weapons against Ukraine. Explosions were heard in Kyiv and the surrounding region. The mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, reported on the work of the air defense forces, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“Explosions in the capital. Air defense forces are working. Stay in shelters!” Klitschko said.
According to Kyiv residents, the power grid experienced a drop in voltage after the attack.
The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, confirmed that the enemy was attacking the capital with ballistic missiles.
“Stay in safe places! The Russians are attacking the capital with ballistic missiles!”
Social media also reports that the towns of Irpin and Bucha, adjacent to the capital, are virtually without power and are experiencing water supply problems.
