Russians struck a high-rise building in Dnipro: there are casualties (photos, video)

On the morning of March 24, Russian forces struck a residential area in Dnipro. The attack damaged a high-rise building, caused fires, and resulted in civilian casualties. This was reported by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
What is known about the strike on Dnipro
According to authorities, the enemy strike hit a residential high-rise building. The attack caused structural damage to the building.
“Due to the Russian strike, walls, balconies, windows, and the mechanical floor of the Dnipro high-rise were damaged. Fires broke out on the top two floors,” the Regional State Administration reported.
Rescue workers, medical personnel, and other emergency services are on the scene.











How many people were injured
According to preliminary data, at least eight people were injured as a result of the attack.
Two of the victims are in serious condition:
- a 67-year-old woman
- a 74-year-old man
They have sustained:
- shrapnel wounds
- lacerations
- head injuries
Medical personnel are providing the victims with necessary care.
Consequences of the attack
As a result of the shelling:
- a residential building was damaged
- fires broke out on the upper floors
- windows were shattered
- balconies were damaged
