Russians attack Kharkiv with drones: there are dead and wounded

Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with Shaheds. According to preliminary information, there are victims, including children. This was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“We have preliminary information about two strikes on the city with Shaheds, in particular on the Novobavarsky district,” he wrote.
The mayor added that a fire broke out at the site of one of the Russian drone strikes.

Later, Terekhov clarified that a two-story building was hit. A large fire broke out at the site of the strike, and there are reports of injuries.
“There was a hit to an apartment building in Novobavarsky district. According to preliminary information, there are victims, including children,” the mayor wrote.
Later, Terekhov clarified that 32 people were injured, including children.
He said that rescuers had unblocked fragments of a third body from the rubble.

Earlier, he reported that three people were under the rubble, and a search and rescue operation was underway.
The State Emergency Service noted that four fires broke out as a result of hits to residential buildings and an administrative building, covering more than 600 square meters.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said that another 32 people were injured. Two children were among the victims.
Suspilne, citing Bohdan Hladkykh, director of the city’s emergency department, reported that there were seven hits in the city in total. Almost all of the strikes were in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv, and one hit was on an administrative building in the Kholodnohirsky district, where there were no people.





On the evening of April 2, Russians massively attacked Kharkiv with drones. The enemy struck the city 14 times in forty minutes.
