Russian volunteers claim to have taken control of village in Kursk region

The village of Tiotkino in the Kursk region (Russia) came under the control of volunteers after a border breakthrough on 12 March. This is reported by the Legion “Freedom of Russia“, Kommersant Ukrainian reports https://www.komersant.info/

“The village of Tiotkino, Kursk region, is completely under the control of the Russian liberation forces,”

– the report says.

According to the volunteers, the regular army of the Russian Federation is rapidly leaving the village and its positions behind, abandoning heavy equipment.

The volunteers also added a confirming drone video.

TheRussian Volunteer Corps also published footage showing Russian army soldiers fleeing, leaving the village and their equipment behind.

“Soldiers of Putin’s army are running, nodding their heels. Behind them are settlements, equipment and, above all, Russian citizens, abandoned and unwanted,”

– the RDC noted.

Breaking through the border of the Russian Federation: the operation of Russian volunteers

on 12 March, it became known that volunteers of the Freedom of Russia Legion, RDC, and Siberian Battalion had broken through the Russian border. In particular, in the Belgorod region, having broken through on tanks, they are advancing in several directions.

At the same time, the Freedom of Russia volunteers posted a statement in which they said that “the legion is going to the elections”.
