Russian drones attacked a utility workers’ vehicle in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Russian forces attacked a vehicle belonging to a power utility crew in the Dnipropetrovsk region using two FPV drones. The vehicle was destroyed by fire, but the workers managed to escape.
This was reported by the energy company DTEK, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
The drones struck the power workers’ vehicle
According to the company, the power utility crew was heading to a frontline settlement to inspect a damaged power line.
At that moment, Russian troops attacked the vehicle with two FPV drones.
As a result of the strike, the vehicle was completely destroyed.
The workers managed to escape
DTEK noted that the power workers were able to leave the vehicle in time.
According to preliminary data:
- none of the employees were injured;
- the crew avoided injuries despite a direct hit.
Power workers are operating near the front lines
Teams of power workers regularly operate in dangerous areas to restore damaged infrastructure after shelling.
They go out to repair:
- power lines
- transformer substations
- damaged networks in frontline communities.
