Cabinet rotation: key personnel changes on December 3

on December 3, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made a number of important personnel decisions that have a significant impact on key areas of public administration. This was announced by the government’s representative in parliament, Taras Melnychuk, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"

New appointments

By the decision of the Government, the following have been appointed:

  • Shkrum Alyona Ivanovna as First Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine;
  • Kovalchuk Kostyantyn Oleksiyovych – Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine;
  • Hryhorii Hryhorovych Ishchenko– Head of the State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion Zone Management;
  • Vitaliy Chapla, Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
  • Smelyansky Ihor Yukhymovych as the Government Commissioner for Customs Reform.

The Cabinet of Ministers also approved the appointment of Roman Greba as Deputy Head of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration.

It should be noted that today the Verkhovna Rada appointed Oleksiy Chernyshev to the position of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of National Unity of Ukraine.
