Ukrposhta is expanding the functionality of the state program “Winter Support” by adding the possibility of ordering medicines and purchasing food products with delivery to the post offices. This innovation is aimed at increasing the availability of necessary goods, especially in small and remote settlements. This was reported by the company’s press service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
New functionality of “Winter Support”
Ukrposhta has improved the use of state aid allocated under the Winter Support program .
- Now Ukrainians can order pharmacy kits or individual medicines using the funds of this program.
- The order is delivered to a stationary or mobile Ukrposhta branch in any locality in the country.
- Earlier, on December 11, it became known that the funds of the “Winter Support” and “National Cashback ” can be used to purchase food products of domestic production (except for excisable goods).
Special section and payment terms
To facilitate the process of ordering medicines, a separate section was created on the online platform Ukrposhta. Pharmacy” online platform.
- The website has a section “Winter Support 2025” where customers can create their own first aid kit or choose ready-made sets of seasonal medicines, the list of which can be adjusted.
- Payment terms depend on the method of receiving state aid:
- They can place an order by cash on delivery and pay for it directly at the branch when they receive the medicines.
- Must pay for the order immediately on the website with a National Cashback card .
