Average salaries at gas stations increased: who became leaders in October 2025

For the first time, the State Tax Service of Ukraine has published average salaries in gas station chains, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The data covers October 2025 and shows a significant difference between companies.
Market leaders
According to the State Tax Service and the industry publication NefteRynok, the highest average salaries are received by employees:
- SOCAR – UAH 36.2 thousand,
- Rodnik – UAH 33.3 thousand,
- UPG – UAH 31.9 thousand.
Also in the top five:
- OKKO – UAH 31.6 thousand,
- WOG – UAH 29.8 thousand.
General context
As of October, out of 48 companies included in the STS analysis, only 8 chains had an average salary below UAH 16 thousand.
July’s legislative changes set the minimum average salary at filling stations at UAH 16 thousand starting in October 2025.
The publication of such data for the first time allows us to assess the real level of remuneration in the gas station sector, identify leaders and companies where earnings lag behind the legal minimum.
