Serhiy Prytula accused of buying expensive real estate: volunteer responds to accusations

Showman and volunteer Serhiy Prytula and his wife Kateryna became the owners of three apartments in Kyiv in 2023 alone. This was reported by the Law and Business media outlet, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
The media outlet has published documents showing that since 2016, Prytula and his wife have owned 3 apartments in one building on Zolotoustivska Street with a total area of 260 square metres, as well as 2 car parking spaces and non-residential premises. Before the marriage, the showman bought a four-room apartment in Kyiv.
The media also found out that in 2021, Kateryna Prytula received 2 parking spaces as a gift from her sister Svitlana Khomutynnik, who is the wife of a well-known politician from the Party of Regions.
In addition, in May 2023, Kateryna Prytula bought three apartments in one day in the Kyiv residential complex Fine Town. The woman paid over UAH 4.1 million for the square metres.

In turn, the volunteer and showman confirmed that his wife had acquired ownership of three apartments in Kyiv. He clarified that the investment in these apartments was made in September 2020 during the construction phase.
“It’s 2020, I’m at the peak of my TV career, and I’m getting one of the biggest fees on Ukrainian television. At that time, we have two children in our family and Katya is pregnant with Stefania. Accordingly, we decided to buy property for our children’s future. That’s what we did in September 2020,” Serhiy Prytula wrote on his Facebook page.
The volunteer also posted photos of the investment agreement for the apartments.
Serhiy Prytula believes that he has been targeted by a dishonest information campaign.
“This is the whole betrayal. These documents are now being used by the people behind the next campaign against me. Obviously, they kept this story in the back of their minds until better times. And now I want to see how all those telegram channels and websites that spread ‘black stuff’ about me will spread my post,” the volunteer summed up.
