MIA service centers test new form of registration: how Ukrainians can get a coupon (video)

Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have begun testing a new electronic version of the record. Information about this appeared on the official Telegram channel of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
Starting today, January 14, testing of the updated e-recording system is being introduced in 52 more service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The system is currently in operation at the MIA service center in Brovary. The updated test online registration will be open for all available services starting from February 4 , 2025.
Accordingly, in order not to interrupt the process of servicing citizens, 2 e-recording systems will operate in parallel:
- in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where testing has not yet been introduced, the previous e-recording system will work;
- in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs where the updated test e-recording system is being introduced. Registration for services before February 1 is carried out in the preliminary e-recording system and for services after February 4 – in the test e-recording system.
Ukrainians planning to register online are advised to
- find a convenient service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to receive services in the list on the website;
- click on the highlighted link or press the button of the same name under the list;
- log in to the e-registration system to receive services.
To register, you must pass electronic identification and:
- indicate your surname, name, patronymic;
- specify your phone number, e-mail;
- choose a service;
- the MIA service center that will provide the service;
- date and time from among the available ones.
To receive several services at a service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, you need to sign up for each of them separately. The system allows for 4 coupons per month.
