Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War establishes communication with military families

The team of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War has developed a convenient multi-level system of notifications to the families of prisoners. This was reported by the Coordination Headquarters, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs.
“Anyone who contacts us can receive internal tips in their personal account. Also, thanks to the cooperation of the Headquarters with mobile operators, users receive SMS messages,” the headquarters said in a video message.
The families of the prisoners will receive notifications about:
– changes in the accounting category, in particular during the liberation;
– confirmation of a report of captivity or disappearance;
– processing of additional information submitted through the personal account;
– receiving an answer to a question that has been formed in the online consultation section of the personal account.
As a reminder, yesterday, just before the New Year, 189 Ukrainians returned from captivity as part of another exchange. As noted, this is one of the largest exchanges conducted by the Coordination Center for the Treatment of Prisoners of War since the full-scale invasion.
As you know, the largest return home of Ukrainian defenders took place on January 3 this year. Back then, the Coordination Center managed to bring home 230 people. In total, 3956 people have already returned from Russian captivity as part of the work of the Coordination Center, including 1358 in 2024.
