Chinese leader Xi Jinping has called for “preventing the expansion of the geography” of the Russian-Ukrainian war. He said this at the BRICS summit in Russia, reports "Komersant Ukrainian"
In his comments on the sidelines of the summit, he voiced three principles that, in his opinion, the entire international community should adhere to when observing Russian aggression.
“The conflict in Ukraine is dragging on… Therefore, we must firmly adhere to three principles: to prevent the expansion of the geography of hostilities, to prevent escalation and to prevent provocations that increase tensions,”
– said the Chinese leader.
According to Israeli-Ukrainian military analyst Yigal Levin, these statements by the Chinese leader only mean that China is seeking to isolate Ukraine from the world in the face of the aggressor.

He believes that Ukraine should do its best to get out of this harmful logic, according to which the Russian-Ukrainian war is only a Ukrainian crisis.

Therefore, Ukraine should do everything possible to ensure that this war goes beyond its borders, he argues.

It would be good not just to blow up something there, but to launch a missile and bomb strike, for example (say, from the territory of the Russian Federation with a swarm of drones across the border with the DPRK).
