SIGMA+ attracts international capital to rebuild Ukraine: details

Engineering and consulting company SIGMA+ has announced plans to raise international capital for the development of the Ukrainian real estate market. By 2030, the company plans to implement more than 1 million m² of projects that will become part of Ukraine’s reconstruction and economic growth.

This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the company’s press service.

According to the report, the company currently operates more than 500 thousand square meters of real estate, of which 390 thousand square meters are housing.

The company focuses on attracting international investment. The priority for the period 2027-2030 is the implementation of 1 million square meters of projects, both residential and commercial. In addition, Sigma plans to audit four projects in the capital to further attract financing and complete construction, the press release says.

The company plans to create housing and commercial spaces, jobs, and an economic growth multiplier through: systematic management, implementation of transparent and accurate processes that meet international standards, and cases that demonstrate the effectiveness of global practices in Ukrainian projects.
