The scandals surrounding the transfer pricing companies force the authorities to consider options for their reform

Ongoing scandals related to the activities of territorial recruitment and social support centres (TSCs) are forcing the country’s leadership to look for ways to solve this problem. One of the options currently being discussed in the Verkhovna Rada is to transfer the functions of the TSCs to civilian bodies, reports "Komersant Ukrainian"
In particular, the situation with the TCC has already attracted the attention of the relevant parliamentary committee, which has already started discussing it. Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence Yehor Chernev sharply criticised the fight between the TCC soldiers and ambulance workers in Odesa.
“This is a really shameful situation when the military fight with doctors – I have never seen anything like it. One option, which is still being discussed, is to transfer the functions of the MCC to some civilian bodies. That is, perhaps, to withdraw them from the Armed Forces or the Ministry of Defence. But this is only one of the options,”
– chernev stressed, but did not share other options.
Hennadiy Kasai, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Defence Committee, confirmed in an exclusive comment to 
that such thoughts are being voiced in the Rada, but stressed that these are still raw proposals that are far from being implemented. According to him, these ideas should first be carefully considered and discussed, including with the military.
“Today we are expressing our views on the feasibility of this, and then we will discuss and think about whether this is the right decision or not at the committee. We will also talk to the military on this issue… We have to do something. We see that the scandals are not subsiding, they are becoming more frequent. I’m against radical actions, but the fact that we need to dive into this issue is 100%,”
– kasai said.
One of the possible options, the MP said, is to transfer the functions of the TCC to the regional military administrations. However, he stressed that all proposals are still under discussion.
