Lawyer: Cancellation of search for conscripts is now possible remotely

In Ukraine, the cancellation of the search for persons liable for military service no longer requires a personal visit to the territorial center for recruitment and social support (TSC).
This was reported by lawyer Anna Revkova on her social media, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to her, the amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, adopted in April, allow this procedure to be carried out remotely. Previously, to cancel the search, it was necessary to appear in person at the TCC, draw up a protocol in the presence of a person and sign it.
“Now it is enough to send a written statement of guilt, after which a resolution is issued on its basis. The entire procedure is carried out without a personal visit to the TCC,” Revkova said.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Defense has simplified the purchase of pickup trucks and write-off of property for the military.
