Health screening 40+: how to arrange payment

On January 31, Ukrainians began receiving the first invitations to participate in the “Health Screening 40+” program. This is 2,000 hryvnia for medical examinations for those over 40 years of age.

Who receives invitations
The first notifications in the “Dія” app are sent to Ukrainians aged 40 and over 30 days after their birthday. The mailing began with citizens born on January 1.
How to apply for a payment card
To receive 2,000 hryvnia for health screening, you need to open a “Diy.Card.” The procedure is as follows:
- Open the “Dія” app and log in.
- Go to the “Services” section and select “Diy.Card.”
- Select a bank from the list provided.
- Sign the agreement and open an account.
What is included in the screening
The program includes a series of examinations and consultations, including:
- Questionnaire. Assessment of individual risks (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, mental health).
- Physical examination. Measurement of blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm, anthropometric measurements.
- Laboratory tests. Tests to check the functioning of the heart, blood vessels, and kidneys.
- Conclusions. The doctor will provide individual recommendations and, if necessary, prescribe treatment or refer you for additional examinations.
