Solar eclipse on March 29: when and where to see it in Ukraine

For the first time in 18 years, a unique astrological phenomenon will be seen in the sky over Ukraine – a partial solar eclipse that will take place on March 29, 2025. Everyone will be able to watch this event without using any special equipment, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

It is reported that the best time to observe this astrological phenomenon will be from 13:00 to 14:00. However, in the central regions of Ukraine and the capital, the solar eclipse will be best seen at around 13:30.
This time, there will be a partial solar eclipse in the sky, meaning that the Moon will only partially cover the surface of the Sun, so at the peak of the eclipse, the so-called “solar sickle” effect will be visible in the sky.
In order to see this phenomenon as best as possible, it is worth observing it in an open area and away from tall buildings and trees.
In addition, astronomers advise to bring sunglasses or binoculars with a special solar filter.
The best conditions for observing will be in Lutsk, Lviv, and Uzhhorod. Cities with good visibility also include Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, and Ternopil.
However, the eclipse will also be visible in Zhytomyr and Chernihiv. At the same time, residents of the eastern regions of the country may experience limited visibility due to their geographic location.

This phenomenon will also be quite an important aspect in astrology, as this solar eclipse will be the final point of the eclipse corridor that began on March 14.
According to astrologers, these two weeks brought karmic events to the lives of each of the zodiac signs, and also brought back people from the past for many.
