Shahed’s attack on Sumy: 15 apartments destroyed, dead and wounded people

Last night, on 13 March, Russia attacked Sumy with drones. One of them hit a multi-storey building. The attack resulted in injuries and deaths, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported, according to Kommersant Ukrainian ![]()
According to preliminary data, 30 apartments were damaged, half of them destroyed. There are dead and wounded.
“According to preliminary information, 10 people were rescued from the rubble, 8 of whom suffered injuries of varying severity. Unfortunately, there are some dead (information is being clarified). Rescue operations are ongoing. All the necessary services are working at the site, and an indestructibility point has been deployed,”
– the UIA said.








The consequences of the attack are still being clarified.
The day before, in the evening of 12 March, the Russian Federation struck Kryvyi Rih. There were three hits in total, including two residential high-rise buildings. Rescuers finished clearing the rubble late in the evening at around 10pm.
As of the morning of 13 March, there were 3 dead and 44 injured. There are 20 injured in hospitals, including 6 in serious condition. Among the “serious” patients are two children.
