The commander of the Ukrainian Land Forces, Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavliuk, said during a telethon that Russia is creating a new grouping of more than 100,000 soldiers, and it is possible that the enemy will try to launch an offensive in one of the directions in the summer, Komersant ukrainskyi 
reports.
Pavlyuk said that there is a possibility that by the beginning of summer, the Russians may have certain forces to conduct offensive operations on one of the directions.
“We don’t know the Russian plans completely. We only know the data they have, what they are creating. They are creating a grouping of more than 100,000 people. It will not necessarily be an offensive. Perhaps they will use it to replenish their units that are losing their combat capability. But there is a possibility that by the beginning of summer they may have some forces to conduct appropriate offensive operations in one of the areas,”
– he said.
The Ukrainian Army Commander stressed that Ukrainian forces have a plan to disrupt the Russian offensive.
“These are the most dire forecasts that such an offensive will take place. We will do our best to inflict maximum losses on the enemy, which is what we are doing, so that all their resources that they are forming are involved in the battle by this time. But we are preparing for different scenarios,”
– added the Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Pavliuk reminded that Ukraine currently has no air superiority, and this allows the enemy to launch powerful air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian defenders.
The most massive attack on Ukraine
At night and in the morning of 22 March, Ukrainian energy facilities in a number of regions of Ukraine came under a massive Russian attack.
The defenders managed to destroy 92 air targets: 55 Shaheds and 37 missiles.
There were hits, in particular, in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Sumy, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
