Heat and thunderstorms: weather forecast for 5 September

Today, 5 September, Ukraine is expected to have a truly summer weather, even moderate heat. During the day, the temperature will fluctuate between 24 and 29 degrees, sometimes up to 30 degrees. Weather forecaster Natalka Didenko wrote about this on Facebook, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
“At night it will be fresher, you can even cover yourself with a blanket or a thin blanket somewhere, 14-19 degrees. Rain is not expected tomorrow in most regions, but in the southern part of Ukraine there will be short-term rains, even with thunderstorms. The east wind is expected to be gusty, sometimes even strong,” Didenko said.
It will be windy and dry in Kyiv on Thursday. The temperature will rise to 28…29 degrees.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre, Ukraine will have partly cloudy weather on 5 September. On this day, rains with thunderstorms are expected in most of the central and southern regions and in Crimea.
The wind on this day will be northeast and east at 5-10 m/s. In the southern regions, forecasters predict strong wind gusts of 15-20 m/s.
“Temperatures will be 14-19° at night, 23-28° during the day; in the Carpathians, 8-13° at night, 17-22° during the day,” the statement said.
