“Usually we don’t like to say good things about the government, but in this case we can say that there are indeed changes, they are tangible, and the need to solve some issues through corruption has disappeared. It is simply impossible to use such approaches now,” the developer emphasized,

The concept of income property
Apartel Resorts’ concept is income property. The company builds hotels in which a large number of investors participate. It sells apartments, takes them under management and manages the entire infrastructure.
As for our network, we try to build in well-known tourist locations in Ukraine. Currently, our business is mostly concentrated in Western Ukraine, but we have new ideas for construction in the central part of the country and in the capital,” said Vasyl Krulko.
According to him, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the market has really reoriented, and many investors are focusing their attention on the relatively safe regions of Ukraine – Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zakarpattia regions.
This is very good, and, frankly, we, as developers, are not at all afraid of it. We are confident that the potential for tourism business development in Western Ukraine is extremely high,” Krulko emphasized.
Foreign tourists are already coming to Ukraine
Answering the question of the discussion about the prospects for tourism in western Ukraine after the war, the developer expressed confidence that in addition to Ukrainian tourists, our locations will attract foreign tourists.
In fact, we are already working in this direction: our marketing department is focused on Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. We are already starting to run ads and create websites in their languages to promote the Ukrainian product. By the way, we already feel an influx of tourists from Europe. They are pleasantly surprised by the level of service and hotel infrastructure that is now available in Ukraine. Therefore, there will be no problems with this,” the businessman is convinced.
The co-founder of Apartel Resorts expressed confidence that there is no better country for investment than Ukraine today. And the hotel sector is no exception.
After all, Ukraine is still far from the world’s leading tourist countries, such as Austria, Italy, and Germany. It will take decades to catch up with them in terms of the number of hotel rooms,” Krulko explained, substantiating his thesis that the potential for the development of hotel real estate in tourism in our country, as well as relevant investment projects, is still far from being considered “exhausted.
