The date of farewell to Stepan Guha has been announced

The famous Ukrainian artist Stepan Giga willed to be buried in Lviv, at the Lychakiv Cemetery.
This was reported by Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The farewell to the artist will begin tomorrow, December 14:
- from 16:00 in the Garrison Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul (11 Teatralna St.);
- at 19:00 – the rite of parastasis. The farewell service will last until 23:00.
On Monday, December 15:
- at 14:00, the funeral service will begin in the Garrison Church.
- At approximately 15:00, a citywide farewell will take place on Rynok Square.
Stepan Guha will be buried on the 75th field of Lychakiv Cemetery. As he had willed.
Ukrainian singer, People’s Artist of Ukraine Stepan Giga died on December 12 in a Lviv hospital. He was 66 years old.
The outstanding musician left behind a considerable legacy of hits. A few days before his death, Stepan Giga’s team and family released his last song, which they called a “confession” and a “prayer.” It was titled “My Years – My Prayer,” and was written 20 years ago.
Stepan Giga’s work will live on in the hearts of his fans around the world for a long time.
