Registration of e-cabinets for applicants after 9th grade has started

The registration of e-cabinets for applicants after the 9th grade to vocational higher education institutions has started in Ukraine. Nine-graders will be able to apply to vocational education institutions from 1 July. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ministry of Education and Science.
To create an electronic account on the portal, you should add an email address, which will be your login. It is also necessary to come up with and remember a password, specify the series and number of the document on education and the type and number of the identity document, or RNOKPP.
You will receive a link to the specified email address, which you must follow to activate your account within 15 minutes. However, for subsequent logins to the account, you must use the main page vstup.edbo.gov.ua.
Directly in the account, you will need to add your current contact numbers and upload your own colour photo (3×4 cm, up to 1 MB).
“Please note that the educational institution may use this photo to order a student card, so we recommend that you add a correct photo (not a selfie),”
– the Ministry advised.
At the stage of registering an account, no other files can be uploaded besides the photo.
