“Become a plus”: DIU announces first public recruitment campaign

The first public recruitment campaign for the units of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine – “Stav Plus” – has started. This was reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine’s press service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“You can and should join the team of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. That is why today, in accordance with the order of the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, I have the honour to announce the first all-Ukrainian public recruitment campaign. We are moving to a new level and want to ensure access to new specialists. The world is changing, and so is military intelligence,”
– said Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Ukrainian military intelligence.
To serve in the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine’s active duty units, potential candidates must:
- be in good physical shape,
- be enduring,
- be able to navigate in stressful situations.
The age of recruits can range from 18 to 40 years.
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine noted that it is not only the active units of the military intelligence of Ukraine that are in need of new people – they are also looking for technical specialists whose knowledge will help to destroy the enemy even more effectively.
“We are very interested in specialists in technical fields. We are also interested in operators of various types of UAVs – both those already in service and the latest models,”
– said a representative of the relevant unit.
How to apply to DIU units
First, a potential candidate must fill out an application form, which can be found
- on the official website of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine in the “Career” section;
- in the section “Military Recruitment” on the online platform Lobby-X;
- on the verified pages of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and its subdivisions in social networks (among them – Secret Recruiter and Shamanbat);
- on the recruitment platform of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine https://army.gov.ua/.
- You can also instantly access the questionnaire by using a QR code on advertisements and banners that have already been placed in all major cities of Ukraine.
After filling out the questionnaire, the recruit’s candidacy is submitted for consideration.
If the candidate successfully passes the first stage, he or she will be contacted within one to 10 days.
