“We are focused on the key issues: security and defense, economic and social stability, energy and support for the frontline regions,” Svyrydenko said.

According to her, during this period, the production of Ukrainian weapons was scaled up and efforts were coordinated with partners to ensure that the Ukrainian army received everything it needed.

The modernization of the Defense Forces continues. In particular, a decision was made today to introduce the Impulse military accounting system and electronic military commissaries.

The Cabinet’s attention was also focused on supporting the frontline territories.

“We have increased salaries for doctors and additional payments for teachers, provided free meals for grades 1-11 this year and 100% booking for employees of entrepreneurs in communities where hostilities are close. Today, we have launched a mechanism for compensating for military risks in the frontline areas, which will start working in November,” Svyrydenko said.

The draft state budget for 2026 has already been submitted to the Parliament. New programs are envisaged – a check for people aged 40 and an increase in teacher salaries. Programs that help fill the economy are also continuing as part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy.

In addition, the government is making efforts to maintain energy security and strengthen the protection of critical infrastructure. “We are preparing reserves, interacting with the UIA, local authorities, and foreign partners,” the Prime Minister assured.

In the international sphere, the government has launched the Recovery Fund jointly with the United States, which has already received the first installment of $150 million. We have completed the screening of legislation in record time and are preparing to start negotiations on joining the European Union. We have opened a new European railway line – direct trains now run from Uzhhorod to Bratislava, Vienna and Budapest.

In addition, $12.5 billion was raised from partners to support the state budget, including $9.4 billion under the ERA loan mechanism and $3.05 billion through the Ukraine Facility.

“All of this is in accordance with the Action Program, whose priorities are being transformed into concrete solutions,” Svyrydenko emphasized.
