Defense Forces Strike at Shaheda Training Base at Donetsk Airport

The Defense Forces have struck a powerful blow at the place of storage and preparation of launches of Russian “Shahed” on the territory of Donetsk airport.
This was announced on Telegram by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Robert “Magyar” Brovdi, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“The birds of the 1st SBS JTF inflicted a massive defeat on the lair of storage, equipment and preparation of Shahed/Geran launches in the DAP (Donetsk, TOT) on the night of December 30. The operation was developed by the intelligence directorate of the 414th separate battalion “Magyars’ Birds” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine together with the newly created center of deep destruction of the Unmanned Systems Forces Group,” the commander said.
According to him, a “courtesy visit” was made to the Geranium/Shahed UAV logistics hub, pre-flight training and maintenance center for Geranium/Shahed and Gerbera drones. The central warehouse of combat units for these attack drones and the storage warehouse of the Gerbera UAV were also damaged.
In addition, according to Magyar, the Ukrainian “birds” successfully visited the point of concentration of enemy personnel and technical staff engaged in the preparation and technical pre-launch maintenance of the “Geranium/Shahed” and “Gerbera” UAVs.
As a reminder, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have recently struck a number of Russian targets in the temporarily occupied Crimea, including a storage and launching base for unmanned marine boats.
