Son of Vinnytsia businessman Moskaliuk attacked a soldier: scandalous incident took place in Kyiv region

In Kyiv region, 31-year-old Stanislav Moskaliuk, son of Vinnytsia businessman Oleh Moskaliuk, attacked a soldier after being told about a traffic violation. A pre-trial investigation is currently underway. Exclusive details were obtained by "Komersant Ukrainian".

The man, driving a Range Rover, parked in an unspecified location, blocking traffic on a one-way road. Despite the traffic jam, Moskaliuk left the car and went to his apartment, and drivers were forced to wait for him to return for about ten minutes.

When Moskaliuk returned to his car, he responded to the remarks of other road users with aggression, saying that they could have broken the rules themselves and “backed up.” After a second remark, he attacked the soldier, striking him. Even when he learned that the victim was a soldier, Moskaliuk replied dismissively: “So what?”.

The conflict was not limited to the attack. Moskaliuk and his companion also attacked a journalist who started filming the incident with her phone. Realizing that the situation could become publicized, the man quickly got into his car and drove off in an unknown direction.

What punishment does Moskaliuk face?

The police and an investigation team arrived at the scene. A pre-trial investigation into the attack has been launched, and Moskaliuk’s actions are classified as a criminal offense. There is also a document on the infliction of bodily harm to the soldier himself.

According to the law, a criminal offense is an act punishable by a fine of up to 3,000 tax-free minimum incomes or other punishment not involving imprisonment.

At the same time, according to witnesses, after the incident, Moskaliuk threatened the soldier again, promising “problems for life.”

Who is Stanislav Moskaliuk?

Stanislav Moskaliuk was born in 1994 in the village of Serebriia, Mohyliv-Podilskyi district, Vinnytsia region.

  • He graduated from the National Aviation University and in 2020 received a degree in Public Administration and Management from the Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration.
  • He works for his father’s company , MINERAL GROUP LLC, which is engaged in mining.
  • He lives in an elite residential complex in the Kyiv region and owns a 2014 Range Rover.
  • He speaks Russian and has no relation to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

What is known about the soldier attacked by Moskaliuk

The victim is a soldier with the call sign “Tykhyi” who has been fighting for Ukraine since 2014.

  • He fought in Debaltseve and Pisky, after which he temporarily left the service and worked abroad.
  • With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he returned to Ukraine and joined the Defense Forces.
  • He participated in the battles in Irpin, Izyum, and Avdiivka.
  • Later, he was assigned to perform special tasks as part of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
